If DarkStar does do this, humans and anthros will have seperate cities. Humans will not be allowed in wolf territory, but anthros will. Humans may only do so with my permission. xD Anthros and humans may not mingle without my permission. And umm...that's about it. Oh yeah! Anthros don't include vampires and werewolves. If you don't know what anthros are, google them or look it up on DeviantArt. I'm allowing ANY type of anthro if we do this, by the way.
