The adolescent didn't give it much thought that he was now in someone else's territory. All he wanted to do was be away from his pack up in Mount Tsodin. For his age, he had a lot to think about and a tremendous amount of weight on his shoulders. And the worst part was, it was all starting to lead him down the path of mental unbalance. Usually he was very kind and playful, but now he barely spoke to anyone and hunted alone.
When he heard the distant sound of water, his ears perked up and he swiftly ran ahead, following the sound until he reached a wide river. It must have been the clearest river he'd ever seen, but he wasn't much into admiring the gifts of nature at this point. Slowly, he dipped his cranium to the surface of the water and started to lap up the cool water with his long tongue. As refreshing as it was, it didn't shake away the thoughts and memories bombarding his brain.

OOC: Sorry for my late reply.
Shards like eyes looked over the land, watching for any movement or pulse. The drumming of rushing water fumbled in charcoal ears. Black jaws remained snapped shut, not daring to scent the air.
The femme knew perfectly well she was trespassing, driven by hunger and thirst, Shadow pressed on. The black female had recently ventured onto this land, she didn't bother scenting the air. If a wolf was near by, she'd face the problem when it rose. As for now, she was looking for water, possibly a nice meal.
Blinking icy blue eyes, they set on track; towards the river. Raising a black head high, the smaller femme strutted forward, remaining confident. She wasn't one to cower, even if she were out matched or on rival land.
Sticking to the shadows, charcoal paws worked the soft earth, pressing on. Silently, she hid in the darkness of the light, if that made any sense. Gleaming eyes peered out for predators before the black female shot forward.
Shadow bounded towards the river bed, skidding to a halt at it's edge. Fore paws tingled at the water's touch, trickling within her dark smokey fur.
The femme peered into the clear water, watching it briefly flow around the pebbles. Only then, did the black female lower her head. Jaws parting as she lapped up some crystal clear, cool, water.
Only then, did Shadow realize there was another wolf at the river.
